Joey Edge founded Edge Commercial Real Estate nearly 20 years ago, the company has annually been recognized as one of the top brokerage firms in Front Range Colorado. Joey has been included in the Who's Who of Real Estate Performance by the Denver Business Journal and received numerous other awards throughout his career. Joey's Team has been recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors on numerous occasions as one of the top producing teams in the Metro Area. Joey has extensive experience with Land development projects having taken many assignments through entitlement to completion and post sale/leasing. Joey's expertise is not limited to Land as he has also handled myriad projects ranging from new office building sales to light industrial work.

Joey has an extensive background in the equine community and has done extensive work with equine ranch development projects throughout Colorado. Joey is an avid outdoorsman and a native of South Carolina but has made Colorado his home with his wife and daughter for more than 20 years.
