Heather is a Colorado native, born and raised in Littleton. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and earned a Master's Degree from Purdue University. For the past three years she has lived in Castle Rock. Heather joined Edge Real Estate to pursue her true passion of selling commercial real estate. Prior to joining Edge, Heather had a very successful career in sales and owned her own company that advised and consulted with small businesses. Her vast experience includes developing business plans, creating financial forecasts, and assisting small businesses secure commercial financing. She has worked extensively with the Small Business Administration as a source for her client's financing. Heather's energy and drive comes from the satisfaction of accomplishing the goals of her clients and fulfilling their dreams. Outside of selling commercial real estate, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and four dogs. Heather's latest adventure has been the completion of the State of Colorado Foster-to-Adopt program that will allow her and her husband to become parents.
